Lost pregnancy

My story is one that is simple but true.

I had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have emergency surgery to save my life. I knew something would happen during the procedure but didn't know what. I was waiting to go down to theatre when I was told YOU WILL BE OKAY. I turned to see who was speaking to me and nobody was there.

All I can say is that I felt at peace total peace.
During the operation I stopped breathing but obviously recovered. I have never forgotten that day and believe an angel was watching over me.
