A halo in the dark

I was going through a very stressful time in my life and was stressed to the point I could not sleep. I would doze off only to wake up with my heart pounding. I really thought I just might have a heart attack!

After a few nights of this…I said "Dear God …please help me!!" The next time I awoke, the first thing I noticed was I felt calm and my heart was not pounding.

As I lay feeling relief for the first time in days..I looked out into the pitch black bedroom and there at the foot of my bed was a halo. I thought in my sleepy stupor that maybe somehow light had gotten in the room! I lay examining the shades to see if somehow it was a reflection.

When I think of how I processed this now it makes me laugh. Anyhow… after careful examination I came to the conclusion that yes indeed it was a halo. God answered my prayer and of course I said thank you :)
